AWESSOM Study

Drawing on the existing Healthy Pacific Grandparents Study, we will extend this work as part of the AWESSOM (Ageing Well through Eating, Sleeping, Socialising, and Mobility) research programme to fully evaluate the impact of podiatry assessment for Pacific older peoples, and continue coproduction of health programmes incorporating new topics and sustained delivery through the Vaka Tautua community organisation.

LifeCurve TM App

The LifeCurve TM App will be developed for local resource use and adapted for Pacific audiences as a behavioural change tool. Impact on health and wellbeing will be assessed with function as the main target for improvement.
